Apple Clafoutis
An apple clafoutis, except something very heavy. Quick easy to make, the only annoying part is to cut the apples.
Ingredients
60cl whole milk
250g sugar
160g flour
100g butter
1 bag vanilla sugar
8 eggs
5 apples
Cinnamon
Directions
Butter the mold and put some flour on it
Cut the apples in small bits and place them in the mold
Melt the butter
Mix the eggs, sugar, and 1 bag of vanilla until it becomes white
Add butter
Add flour
Add milk
Pour the dough on the apples
Bake at 200°C for roughly 1h
Put cinnamon on top at the end
