Apple Clafoutis

An apple clafoutis, except something very heavy. Quick easy to make, the only annoying part is to cut the apples.

Ingredients

  • 60cl whole milk

  • 250g sugar

  • 160g flour

  • 100g butter

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar

  • 8 eggs

  • 5 apples

  • Cinnamon

Directions

  • Butter the mold and put some flour on it

  • Cut the apples in small bits and place them in the mold

  • Melt the butter

  • Mix the eggs, sugar, and 1 bag of vanilla until it becomes white

  • Add butter

  • Add flour

  • Add milk

  • Pour the dough on the apples

  • Bake at 200°C for roughly 1h

  • Put cinnamon on top at the end
