Butter the mold
Prepare the dough and distribute it evenly in the mold
Prepare the filling and pour it on top of the dough
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C
Let it cool down upside down on a grid
Further Improvements
Bake at 160° for 1h15. Last time the cheese was a bit too liquid at the bottom
Pâte Sablée
Ingredients
75g butter
50g sugar
200g flour
1 egg
1 bag vanilla sugar
½ bag baking powder
Directions
Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder
Add the butter cut in small pieces and mix with hands
Add the egg and continue to mix until it’s even
Let it cool in the fridge

Ingredients
500g cream cheese
100g sugar
3 egg
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 bag vanilla pudding
Directions
Mix the cream cheese, sugars, egg yolks and pudding powder
Beat the egg whites in another bowl
Mix the two delicately
